Lots of dysfunctions in the body — such as high blood pressure, headaches, dehydration, kidney problems, bad breath, and bad skin — can be caused from a lack of water. Water, when drunk on a regular basis, will not only help flush the body of toxins but keep the blood from thickening.
Every morning, after using the restroom, drink a glass of pure water. This will replace the liquids that you have emptied. In addition, drink lots of water throughout the day. The best way to determine how much water your body needs is to take your body weight, cut it in half, and that number is how many ounces of water you should have per day. For example, a person who weighs 150 pounds should drink at least 75 ounces of water per day.
Also be sure to wait 1 hour after eating before drinking anything. Drinking with meals or shortly after a meal washes the saliva down, which will hinder your digestive system.
Water is also great when used externally. Water treatments such as salt baths, fever baths, and hot and cold treatments have been used at our facility to relieve pain, cure cancer, AIDS, and provide a better night's rest.
Put down the sodas, coffees and alcohol, and drink more water — which is God's choice beverage to man.
