The Best Homemade Vegan Butter

Many of you may love butter to the point that you feel you cannot live without it. However, because I love and care for you I must warn you of its harmful effects. Not only is butter very high in cholesterol, but a lot of them are made with canola and vegetable oil which is very harmful to the blood. In addition to this, most butters contain dairy which in today's world is one of the leading causes of a lot of illness.

I encourage all to rid their refrigerator of the butters that contain dairy and canola or vegetable oils, and try the vegan coconut butter below. This butter is made from olive and coconut oil. It is by far the best tasting butter I have ever tried, and considering that it is free from dairy and oils that contaminate the blood, it is much healthier.

Important note: Whether healthy or non-healthy, butter should never be heated or cooked. When this is done the oils change their structure and become poison to the blood. If melted butter is needed, it's best to let it sit out for a few minutes, or sit the container in warm water.
